How is net salary calculated in Kyrgyzstan?
In Kyrgyzstan, net salary is calculated by subtracting social security contributions (Social Fund (SFPK)) and income tax (Personal Income Tax (PIT)) from the annual gross salary.
Personal Income Tax (PIT) uses a progressive scale. Rates range from 10 % for the lowest incomes to 10 % for the highest. Only the portion of income that falls within each bracket is taxed at that rate, never the full salary.
Social Fund (SFPK) contributions amount to approximately 10 % of gross salary, funding the pension, healthcare and other social benefits available to employees in Kyrgyzstan.
This calculator uses official data from State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan (sti.gov.kg) for 2026. Results are indicative; for exact calculations or specific situations (personal deductions, special regimes) consult a tax adviser or the country's tax authority.
Kyrgyzstan applies a flat 10% personal income tax on gross salary. The employee social fund contribution is also 10%. The employer contributes an additional 17.25%.
